Job Description

Your contribution to something big: 

  • Be the key contact point between HRBPs and HRS to transfer or acquire new services, fulfilled as change agent, providing the standardization, improvement and delimitation of services and processes of the HRS.
  • Define and delimit the services provided by the HRS-MX, promoting the standardization on the Mexican sites.
  • Identify and process the business opportunities that impact the increase in volume of operations of HRS-MX nationwide
  • Supervise the growth and development of team members. Coordinate SM team to ensure the internal GS/HRS requirements.
  • Maintain the continuous improvement process and Complain Management System.
  • Be the strategic support of the HRS Manager regarding the KPI's from Mexico and US, establishment, follow-up, delegation, and fulfillment.
  • Perform as change agent through the continuous evaluation, the detection of opportunity areas, the creation and analysis of improvement proposals of processes and services of the HRS-MX.
