Brief description of the position:

We are looking for a Head- Hunter who brings current strategies and new search technologies to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Establish a reserve talent selection plan and talent reserve mechanism.
• Creation of profiles
• Have rich practical experience in the discovery and introduction of talents, organization and personnel adjustment, and employee career design
• Application and evaluation of psychometric tests
• Database updating and reporting
• Search for new recruitment strategies to increase productivity
• Responsible for headhunter director for talent acquisition
• Publication and monitoring of vacancies in the different sources of recruitment
• Familiar with the recruitment process and various recruitment channels."
• Execute recruitment, selection, interview, selection and placement.

Requirements:

• Education: Administration or Psycology
• Bilingual
• Management of Recruitment Sources and Means (OCC, Linkedin, etc), Hunting.
• Recruitment processes until the integration of the candidate
• At least 2 years of experience
