FACIL TOLUCA we are looking for: Foreign Trade Analyst (3-months project)

Position Summary

The Foreign Trade Analyst will bring added value when keeping a good control on all the operations of import and export of the goods, oversees specific border crossings, customs brokers and Facil Branches.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Review freight paperwork for both import and export.
• Documentation is complete and accurate, including Carta Porte.
• Coordinate and orchestrate transport flows (domestic and internationals) between suppliers, carriers, customers & Facil Branches.
• Follow up on supplier and carrier performance, report on discrepancies.
• Escalate market and organizational needs and opportunities.
• Proactively search for opportunities (based on a forecast) and source direct trucks, or source LTL spot market rates.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Logistics, Foreign Trade or similar by experience.
• 1 year of experience in transportation industry and logistics.
• Technical conversational English proficiency (it is a must).
• Familiar with International Commerce compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: analytical, resolutive, organized, goal oriented.
• Proven history of personal auto driven motivation, quick learner, efficiency, and continuous improvement focus.
• PC proficiency required, including MS Office. Experience with Time Management & Scheduling in Outlook/Teams.
