?ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Responsibilities that are highly specialized, require a lot of time, have a limited number of people to perform tasks and/or the position exists mainly to perform the function):

·       Import/export coordination and supervision (customs clearance).

·       Prepare and maintain the paperwork associated with trade and shipment of goods.

·       Record control, documentary matrix.

·       Coordinates the International Logistics (Boarding quotes, Review Freight Invoices, Coordinate the Freights)

·       Keep updating the Import/Export System (Annex 24) of records of foreign trade goods according to Data Stage Integrity.

·       Coordinate virtual operations, shipments, HTS report, legal documents, etc.

·       IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT certification, INCOTERMS, CTPAT, free trade agreements, tariff preferences

·       Certificates of origin

·       Control payments from customs agencies and carriers.

·       Sub maquila (pedimentos and process)

·       Customs law.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:

·      Bachelor's degree in international trade, International commerce, international business, administration with imports or international studies.

·      ENGLISH EXPERT

ESSENTIAL TRAINING/SPECIAL SKILLS:

·      Strong verbal and written communication skills, both Spanish and English.

·      Strong knowledge in import and export laws.

·      Internal control

·      Customs law

·      USMCA, RCGMCE, Annex 22, Anexo 24, VUCEM

·      Scheme of operations and obligations for compliance.

·      ERP, Excell, etc.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

·      More than 3 years of experience in this area.

BENEFICIAL EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

·      Understanding quality system standards.
