As a Visual Merchandiser you will be responsible for the implementation of merchandising concepts in the fashion boutique.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSABILITIES ARE:

The Visual Merchandiser will maintain the highest level of visual standards in accordance with the CHANEL global image guidelines. Within these frameworks, your responsibilities will consist of window display realization and maintenance, mannequins styling, general in store display refreshes & adaptations. The Visual Merchandiser for CHANEL must have a strong awareness and adaptability to the luxury retail environment.

• Ensure the correct implementation of CHANEL's merchandising policy in the Boutique and play an active part in the VM team.
• Implement visual merchandising policy and guaranteeing the House's image of excellence.
• Ensure the boutique VM standards are well maintained according to global guidelines and boutique needs.
• Ensure constant product rotation in the boutiques by having constant dialog with retail team and merchandising team.
• Optimize boutique tools, maintenance & inventory.
• Set up window decor and display merchandising in the boutiques, respecting all deadlines of implementation.
• Ensure that all VM display/windows are well understood by boutique management. Your mission is key in connecting the global visual identity of the brand and retail.
• Organize regular training with boutique staff & management (Sales teams and VM ambassadors) about Merchandising policy and ensuring compliance with it.
• Regular update of boutique display via photo on the IWD platform.
• Anticipate and prepare note for next day VM realization.

• Several years of experience as a visual merchandiser, preferably in the luxury segment
• High level of creativity and self-motivation
• Organizational talent and flexibility as well as quick comprehension skills
• Very good knowledge of English; other foreign languages are an advantage
• Displaying excellent listening and communication skills along with ability to independently and with the team.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• At least 3/4 years' proven experience in a similar VM function in the luxury business.

• Knowledges in art & culture.

• Strong sense of detail.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in Spanish and English.
