High level Roles & Responsibilities
Embed and work very closely with Customer organization/account for growing the existing service lines. Work on mining the account for more opportunities in the existing and other divisions of customer organizations to enhance business growth.
Meet the revenue targets for the account.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention. CSAT Index - Ensure Coverage, Response rate of >80%, CSAT Average of 4.5 & above
Onsite attrition - Timely completion of appraisals for onsite engineers, engaging them.
Timeliness of alerts/intelligence for business growth/retention.
Act as the onsite bridge for all offshore engineers to enable them understand requirements unambiguously for turning around proposals & deliver projects successfully.
Build strong relationship with customers to ensure business continuity and business growth.
