MSD Activation Marketing Specialist, MEXICO - New Health Care Company

As Activation Marketing Specialist you will play a key role for boosting demand generation campaigns in Medical Solution Division in MEXICO. In this role you will be able to make an impact by contributing to adjust and execute the prioritized marketing campaigns for the country as well as performing activities that support the growth of the Division. You will have the opportunity to interact daily with customers, sales team, clinical specialists, and area marketing teams, aiming to understand and adjust the Division's programs to the needs and opportunities in Colombia.

The impact you will make in this role

• Develop deep understanding and critical needs of local Medical Device Market and perform complex market analysis on customer, channel, and competitor trends
• Actively contribute to the development and execution of all elements of the Marketing Plan, providing input to the Marketing team on content creation, pricing and promotions
• Lead localization and activation of global marketing campaigns and product launches with sales and clinical teams while managing the local marketing activation calendar
• Analyze and provide inputs to pricing strategies and demand plans based on customer and market insights
• Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, scientific affairs, and clinical teams to engage key opinion leaders, health care professionals and channel teams

Your Skills and Expertise

• Marketing, administration, or engineering degree or above
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in Marketing and/or Business Development
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Excellent English command in both written and oral
• Innovative, good analytical skills and strategic thinking ability
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, PowerBI, Salesforce

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience in Medical Device Market
• Experience working with Key Opinion Leaders
• Social media and digital marketing activation knowledge
• MBA
