Location: U.S. Consulate General in Monterrey, Mexico

Schedule: Monday-Sunday
Hours: Breakfast (from 6:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.), Lunch (11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.) and Dinner (4:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.)
Duties/Requirements:
The cook shall:

• Be responsible for the development of menus, food storage, and cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas.

• clean kitchen, all dishes and appliances after each meal and causes minimal disruption to the normal operation of the facility.
• High Quality Food Operations, with minimal disruptions.
• Control Cost of Food Services.
• Provide effective internal controls and management oversight in support of effective organizational processes.
• Demonstrate an innovative approach to food operations.
• High level of customer satisfaction.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience managing food services operations demonstrating experience in premium level food and service execution.
• Shall have sufficient English language skill to be able to communicate with facility staff.
