Client Transaction Services Specialist - prepares the financial models for new outsourcing and consulting arrangements. Supports the creation of the pricing approach and the client value proposition. Uses accounting principles to prepare income statements, balance sheets and cash flows in compliance with US GAAP, Accenture Policy and Commercial Standards. Additional responsibilities include:

• Leveraging client cost data to develop cost baselines and client business cases
• Identifying costs and performing the cost buildup for an individual opportunity
• Identifying other cost saving opportunities within the deal
• Applying the agreed upon pricing methodologies
• Ensuring revenue recognition is US GAAP compliant and Accenture Policies are reflected accurately within the financial models
• After your first year in CTS, you will be eligible to gain additional skills through rotation programs to other Finance and Corporate Development roles.

Here's what you need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
• Minimum of 3 years at a large corporation as a "hands on" financial analyst with strong financial skills

Bonus Points if you:

• Have knowledge in applying US GAAP
• Have experience in pricing and deal structuring
• Hold a CPA/MBA
• Are a PC user and know the Microsoft Office Suite
• Have proficiency in Excel, financial concepts (NPV, IRR, Payback, etc.) and budgeting
• Can work on more than one project at a time
• Like to work both independently and as part of a team
• Feel comfortable talking with senior managers
• Have a strong attention to detail
• Can work creatively and analytically to solve problems
• Easily share your ideas in person and in writing
• Give others the information and assistance they need with a positive 'can-do' customer service attitude
• Have led a team - at school, at work, or in the military
