- Responsible to ensure compliance to the Mexican and Intenational Laws
- Manage the Inventory Control system in compliance with the ANNEX 24.
- Review Import & Export pedimentos processed at Customs. Perform internal reviews , audit import and export manifests in order to identify / detect discrepancies or mistakes and request amendments as needed.
- Fixed Assets Control to ensure compliance with Legal regulations
- Control Scrap process related to IMMEX
- Support programs and projects to take advantage of Free Trade Agreements (including management of certificates of origin) and other duty-savings opportunities and operating efficiency.
- Ensure the accuracy of certificates of origin to customers or NAFTA requirements.
- Control governmental documents such as IMMEX program.
- Execute and coordinate the operations under different customs regimes: temporary, definitive, nationalization, regularization, rectification, virtual operations and national suppliers, between others.
- Coordinate with users about information needed for the setup-permits of goods to proceed with the preparation of import/export documentation.
- Coordinate and monitor shipments, crossbording freight & customs agents.
