As a Jr. Accounting Analyst, some of your main activities will be:

• Complete monthly financial statements.
• Journal entries.
• Reconcile all bank accounts.
• Complete other reconciliations as needed.
• Analyze financial statements for payment accuracies and missing expenses.
• Identify incomplete transactions and work with appropriate personnel to resolve.
• Respond to internal clients' questions.
• Process reimbursements to the association.

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday

• Standard Time: 8:00 AM. - 5:00 PM. CST MEX.
• During US Daylight Saving Time: 7:00 AM. - 4:00 PM. CST MEX.

THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION.

Minimum requirements

• Advanced English Skills.
• Bachelor in Accounting
• Around 2 years of experience with a similar role.
• Strong Excel knowledge (pivot tables, v-lookup, index, if, conditional formatting, etc.)
• Excellent understanding of accounting terminology in English.
