Main Objective

Develop and implement plans for each project as to meet project management procedures established by Bosch and within clients' requirements

What challenges will you have?

• Follow up and fulfilment of strategies by organizing critical timelines, key milestones and standards.
• Fulfill all manufacturing requirements for the safety launch of the project, including but not limited to: equipment procurement and supplier follow-up, line trials and release, PPAP documentation, ECR management.
• Ensure the progress of each individual task is met within the project timeline
• Coordinate activities with team to overcome obstacles and meet requirements
• Guarantying that both cost objectives and quality goals are met
• Coordinate and execute the safe launch of new lines and localization of new platforms.
• Ensure budget control according to the goals established on the Business Plan
• Review of progress on daily meetings in compliance with the Safe Launch War Room
• Coordinate hand of information to team members inside and outside of plant
• Provide project status and continuous project reporting according to the time management

Who are we looking for?

• Engineering degree: Industrial, Mechanic or Mechatronic
• From 1 to 3 years of experience in the Automotive Industry
• Intermediate to Advanced English level
• Previous experience as Launch Engineer, Project Engineer or related is required

Technical Knowledge

• Project Management
• SAP 
• Core Tools, mainly APQP and AMEF
• Microsoft Project
