We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive customer engagement, achieving an industry-standard close rate of 70%, and ensuring excellent responsiveness with an average call answer time within 15 seconds, aligned with call center benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Conversion:
? Proactively engage with leads via phone, email, and other communication channels.
? Achieve a close rate of at least 70% on qualified leads, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
2. Customer Engagement:
? Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
? Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product or service recommendations.
3. Sales Process Management:
? Accurately log interactions and sales activities in the CRM system (HubSpot).
? Follow up on leads promptly, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
4. Call Management:
? Maintain an industry-standard call answer time, ensuring the first response within 15 seconds.
5. Collaboration:
? Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales process.
? Provide customer feedback to the product and marketing teams to refine offerings.
6. Performance Monitoring:
? Track individual KPIs, including close rates, answer times, and revenue targets.
? Participate in regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
? Close Rate: 70% of qualified leads.
? Call Answer Time: 15 seconds or less.
? Daily Call Volume: 50-70 calls.
? Revenue Target: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
