Lead, plan, and execute the company's commercial strategy in the manufacturing sector, ensuring the achievement of sales, profitability, and market positioning goals. Manage and develop the sales team while strengthening strategic relationships with current and potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for local and international markets.
Identify new business opportunities in industries such as automotive, medical, electronics, and consumer goods.
Oversee the preparation and follow-up of quotations, contracts, and commercial agreements.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts (OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers).
Negotiate prices, volumes, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions.
Monitor customer satisfaction and coordinate corrective actions when necessary.
Team Leadership
Lead and motivate the sales team, setting individual and collective goals.
Monitor team performance through KPIs and prepare regular sales reports.
Market Analysis & Strategy
Develop strategies to enter new markets or customer segments.
Coordinate marketing and promotional efforts with other departments.
Internal Coordination
Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality departments to ensure feasibility and compliance with customer projects.
Participate in production capacity planning and new investment initiatives.
Ensure sales commitments are aligned with technical and operational capabilities.
Candidate Profile:
?Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or related field. MBA or postgraduate studies in Business preferred.
Experience: 5–7 years in B2B sales within the manufacturing industry;
Languages: Advanced English required (international customer management).
Technical Knowledge:
Plastic injection molding processes, assemblies.
Applicable quality standards (ISO 16949, ISO 13485, etc., depending on the sector).
Cost and margin analysis.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management.
Negotiation and objection handling.
Strategic thinking and results orientation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
