Sales Specialist – HR Services
Requirements:
-2–3 years of relevant experience
-Fluent English level
-Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
-Sales experience in the LATAM market (preferred)
-Strong customer service and communication skills
-Experience in sales, CRM tools, and appointment setting
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct outbound calls to potential local clients.
-Handle inbound calls, emails, and service requests professionally.
-Assign on-site visits and coordinate schedules for field agents.
-Maintain and update CRM with leads, follow-up notes, and progress tracking.
-Follow structured call scripts and continuously refine communication techniques.
-Manage multiple tasks while proactively reporting daily activities.
What We Offer:
-Full-time employment (FTE)
-Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
-Hybrid model: 1–2 days of home office per week
