Descripción
We are looking for a strategic leader who will make an IMPACT ON ACCESORIES SALES by growing the automotive accessories business. Necessary experience in automotive corporations.
The most important and necessary aspect of the profile is experience in new business within automotive corporations, developing, consolidating, and increasing the automotive accessories business (safety kits, emergency kits, floor mats, rims, running boards, grilles, baskets, strobes, electrical adapters, cup holders, headlights, etc., etc.)—everything needed to accessorize a car. Increase the unit purchase of accessories that adapt to customer needs and are trending in the competitive market. Experience in logistics management, inherent to the tracking of accessory imports, is also important. Have experience in developing local/national suppliers. This role involves merchandising and business intelligence in the automotive/competition sector.
Key Responsibilities and experience:
- Proven experience selling automotive accessories at a corporate level (OEMs and dealers).
- Lead the strategy for expanding sales of automotive accessories in dealerships, aimed at increasing revenue and market share.
- Manage, at the corporate level, the consolidation of the accessories business in dealers and the development of national suppliers.
- Experience managing import logistics.
- Analytical ability for market research and benchmarking against competitors and dealerships.
- Ability to design and execute marketing and merchandising strategies. Develop and implement merchandising strategies and market analysis (competitors, positioning of other dealerships) to drive sales.
- Inventory management, purchase orders, and coordination with suppliers and corporate clients. Process purchase orders and maintain inventory control to ensure availability and efficiency.
- Coordinate the design of the commercial strategy, budget, performance indicators (KPIs), and sales tracking in the dealership channel.
