Responsible for managing and growing sales on Amazon and Mercado Libre across both 1P (first-party / vendor) and 3P (third-party / seller) models. Oversees daily operations, develops marketplace strategies, and ensures strong relationships with platform account managers to maximize revenue and brand visibility.
(A) Essential Functions
1. Manage day-to-day operations for Amazon and Mercado Libre accounts (1P & 3P).
2. Develop and execute sales and promotional strategies to achieve revenue targets.
3. Monitor pricing, inventory, and product listings to ensure competitiveness.
4. Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams for smooth operations.
5. Analyze sales performance and marketplace trends; recommend growth initiatives.
6. Maintain relationships with platform account managers and handle negotiations.
7. Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and brand guidelines.
(KSA) knowledge/experience, skills, ability & attitude:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace account management.
3. Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Mercado Libre Seller Hub.
4. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and marketplace analytics tools.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
