Who are we looking for?
We want someone as unique as a seahorse in the ocean:
- Education/Experience: University degree preferred (MBA is a plus), but candidates with relevant experience in logistics or shipping will be considered regardless of academic background.
- Languages: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (both required).
- IT Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (tables and graphs).
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and logical communication skills. A positive attitude and the ability to connect with others are essential.
- Commercial Orientation: Sales- and PR-minded, with strong teamwork skills.
- Learning Attitude: Eager to learn and grow in the car carrier and maritime-land logistics business.
- Work Style: Fully available for office-based work. During the training period, attendance at the office at least 4 days a week and willingness to travel for training and customer visits will be required.
- Commitment: Proactive and self-motivated approach to learning in a specialized industry.

- Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Identifying opportunities for growth and negotiating win-win solutions.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Participating in industry events and representing Maritimex with pride.
- Continuously learning about the maritime and logistics industry to provide the best solutions to our clients.
