About the Role
We're looking for a Fullstack Developer with 3+ years of experience in React development and a strong cross-functional mindset. You'll be part of a dynamic, fast-paced team, collaborating across product, design, and data to bring cutting-edge digital experiences to life. What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain modern web applications using React and backend technologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code while ensuring performance and maintainability.
- Participate in design and code reviews, contributing to the growth and knowledge-sharing of the team.
- Build integrations, APIs, and (optionally) data visualizations using Power BI or similar tools.
Must-Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (required).
- 3+ years of hands on experience in fullstack development with a strong focus on React.
- Solid backend experience (Nodejs, Python, Java, or similar frameworks).
- Previous experience working in cross-functional teams (Agile environments).
- Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI/analytics tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and software architecture patterns.
