The Senior Project Manager will be the leader responsible for planning, executing, and closing the digital transformation initiatives of the insurer's operational processes. This crucial role requires a professional with proven experience in managing large-scale and complex multi-year projects, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aligning and updating the project plan, including schedule, budget, resources, risks, and communications.
- Defining, documenting, and controlling the project scope, including change management.
- Monitoring project schedules, identifying deviations, and applying corrective measures.
- Controlling project budgets, analyzing deviations, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Implementing quality control mechanisms to ensure projects meet defined standards.
- Identifying, analyzing, and managing project risks, including developing contingency plans.
- Establishing effective communication channels with project stakeholders.
- Managing stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will bring a combination of strategic vision, leadership, and execution excellence to drive the success of multiple initiatives. Your ability to align cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and optimize resources will be key to ensuring that business objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
Must Have:
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Proven experience in transformation projects within the financial services or insurance sector.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
- At least 8 years of experience in Project Management in the Financial Sector
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project
