This position role is vital to driving the successful introduction of new products. Your expertise in plastic injection processes will be the key to ensuring top-notch quality and efficiency throughout the development and production stages.
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the introduction of new products, from concept to mass production.
Apply quality methodologies such as APQP, PPAP, and Lean Manufacturing to optimize production processes and minimize defects.
Conduct cost analysis and budgeting to ensure projects stay within designated limits.
Oversee quality control during the plastic injection process to guarantee the excellence of manufactured parts.
Identify and resolve challenges that arise during new product introduction.
Important:
