Description

• Lead all HR functions including Talent Management, C&B, Labor Relations, and Organizational Development
• Act as a strategic business partner to the local and regional management team
• Drive cultural transformation and improve employee engagement
• Manage HR operations for more than 1,000 employees across Mexico
• Anticipate and manage labor risks, including unionized environments
• Develop and monitor HR KPIs and analytics for decision-making
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies
• Support regional and global HR initiatives

Profile

• 5+ years of HR leadership experience in multinational companies
• Proven success in strategic HR transformation
• Strong experience in labor relations and union management
• Advanced English -written and spoken- is a must
• Strong data orientation and reporting skills
• Hands-on leadership style with strategic vision
• Experience working with Asian corporate cultures is a plus

Job Offer

Monthly salary: $90,000 - $120,000 + above law benefits
