El oficial de Seguridad en Twin Dolphin es una persona honesta, responsable, con criterio y sentido común, respetuosa, tolerante cuyo objetivo principal es garantizar la Seguridad integral en el Desarrollo Twin Dolphin.

 Responsabilidades Clave:

• Mantener una imagen profesional y alineada a los estándares de Twin Dolphin.
• Brindar servicio sobresaliente y trato amable a propietarios, visitantes, colaboradores y proveedores.
• Conocer y manejar el equipo contra incendios y actuar como primer respondiente en primeros auxilios.
• Realizar limpieza y orden de las áreas y equipos de seguridad asignados.
• Observar, reportar y corregir irregularidades que infrinjan el reglamento interno y políticas de la empresa.
• Atender situaciones de primeros auxilios, prevención de accidentes y reportes de incidentes.
• Aplicar y supervisar la seguridad patrimonial para prevenir robos, pérdidas, vandalismo o daños.
• Asegurar la seguridad perimetral evitando el ingreso no autorizado a la propiedad.
• Realizar recorridos, inventarios y auditorías de equipos de protección y seguridad.
• Mantener y verificar el inventario y limpieza de vehículos del departamento de seguridad.
• Apoyar en casetas de acceso para aliviar cargas de trabajo en horas pico.
• Elaborar reportes de incidentes, narrativas y manejar registros de acceso de personas y vehículos.

The Security Officer at Twin Dolphin is an honest, responsible person with good judgment and common sense, respectful and tolerant, whose primary goal is to ensure comprehensive security within the Twin Dolphin Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a professional image aligned with Twin Dolphin standards.
• Provide outstanding service and friendly treatment to owners, visitors, collaborators, and suppliers.
• Know and operate firefighting equipment and act as first responder in first aid situations.
• Keep security areas and equipment clean and orderly.
• Observe, report, and correct irregularities that violate internal regulations and company policies.
• Attend to first aid situations, accident prevention, and incident reports.
• Apply and supervise property security to prevent theft, loss, vandalism, or damage.
• Ensure perimeter security by preventing unauthorized access to the property.
• Conduct patrols, inventories, and audits of protection and security equipment.
• Maintain and verify the inventory and cleanliness of security department vehicles.
• Support at access gates to alleviate workload during peak hours.
• Prepare incident reports, narratives, and manage access records for people and vehicles.
