Main Responsibilities
•Address and resolve labor conflicts during the shift.
• Apply the Internal Work Regulations fairly and consistently.
• Follow up on reports and disciplinary actions.
• Supervise the operation of cafeteria, medical services, and transportation.
• Monitor and develop key metrics such as turnover and absenteeism.
• Propose corrective and preventive actions based on data analysis.
• Provide coaching and guidance in personnel management, leadership, and conflict resolution.
• Follow up on Development and Promotion Plans for personnel.
• Communicate and follow up on Human Resources plans and policies.
• Promote effective communication between supervisory and operational staff.
•Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
•Experience working as an HR leader, or in different HR functions like payroll processes, recruitment and selection at all levels, training and development among others.
•Master in Business administration degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles in the manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated characteristics of leadership.
• Experience leading Human Resources indicators.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent English.
•Availability and flexibility to work in first and/or second shift.
