Descripción
Knowledge and Responsibilities
•Address and resolve labor conflicts during the shift.
•Apply the Internal Work Regulations fairly and consistently.
•Follow up on reports and disciplinary actions.
•Supervise the operation of cafeteria, medical services, and transportation.
•Monitor and report key indicators such as absenteeism and turnover.
•Propose corrective and preventive actions based on data analysis.
•Provide coaching and guidance in personnel management, leadership conflict resolution.
•Communicate and follow up on Human Resources plans.
•Promote effective communication between supervisory and operational staff.
•Coordinate performance and salary review for hourly employees.
Job Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role in the manufacturing industry.
•Experience applying internal booklet and resolving labor conflicts.
•Knowledge of Mexican labor legislation.
•Experience managing HR indicators.
•Coaching and leadership techniques.
•Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
•Experience working in third shift is a plus.
•English is a plus.
•Availability to work flexible hours and shift changes if required.
