Position Purpose: Lead and ensure the implementation of strategies in Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Protection, and Asset Risk Prevention, aligned with current legislation and corporate standards, fostering a culture of prevention and comprehensive care for the company's people and assets.

Requirements:

• Education: Industrial Engineering or related field (Bachelor's degree required).
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the field, 3 in a managerial role.
• Languages: Advanced English. (Required)
• Technical Knowledge: Mexican safety and hygiene legislation and regulations, industrial risk detection, accident management, emergency brigades.
• Skills: Leadership, results orientation, teamwork, change management, effective communication.
• Availability to travel.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop, communicate, and implement Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental policies, protocols, and programs.
• Design and implement risk assessment plans and mitigation measures.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with applicable standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
• Lead emergency brigades, training sessions, and drills.
• Oversee hazardous and non-hazardous waste management in compliance with legal requirements.
• Promote a prevention and safety culture across the organization.
• Maintain communication and management with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
