We are seeking a Product Stewardship Team Lead to join our team and oversee operational activities related to environmental, health, safety, and product stewardship compliance. This role involves leading a newly formed team, driving operational excellence, and ensuring alignment with global standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and supervise a newly hired operational team.
• Organize and delegate tasks, set priorities, and ensure team alignment with business goals.
• Deliver presentations, manage spreadsheets, and participate in strategic and operational meetings.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance daily operations.
• Develop, measure, and report on project milestones and performance.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Provide training and operational support to team members.
• Act as a regulatory compliance resource for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and contribute to the Product Stewardship Management System.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS/Product Stewardship.
• Proven experience in team leadership and management.
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (partially on-site at our Querétaro office).
