Join our Global Business Services (GBS) team as a Sustainability Associate, supporting global initiatives in sustainability, inclusion, and operational efficiency. This is a great opportunity for early-career professionals passionate about ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance), Diversity & Inclusion, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support completion of customer and industry questionnaires related to sustainability and inclusion.
• Act as the main point of contact for external ESG and I&B platforms and inquiries.
• Collaborate with global teams including Centers of Excellence, Business Partners, and other departments.
• Assist with EHS sustainability case documentation and processes.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sustainability, data analysis, corporate social responsibility, EHS, or related fields.
• Awareness or interest in ESG, Inclusion & Belonging topics.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, macros, VBA).
• Knowledge of Power BI.
