To continue driving transformation, we are looking to add a Project Mgr Jr to our team.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer specifications. This role supports Project Managers in overseeing manufacturing schedules, logistics, and customer reporting, while proactively identifying potential issues on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor production schedules and follow up on manufacturing status to ensure on-time completion.
• Track customer orders and ensure alignment with delivery plans.
• Provide accurate and timely reports to Project Managers and internal stakeholders.
• Track galvanizing/finishing progress and communicate potential delays.
• Coordinate logistics (Mexico & US) to ensure timely shipments based on client specifications.
• Follow up on accessories, hardware, and purchasing-related components.
• Support on-site supervision of projects to detect early deviations or production issues.
• Ensure a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business, Supply Chain, or similar; OR
• Associate's Degree plus 2+ years relevant experience, OR 3+ years in a manufacturing or project coordination role.
• 3 years minimum in Customer Service or Project Administration, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual – English & Spanish (a must).
• Solid experience with cross-functional teams and commercial project follow-up.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros preferred).
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and self-driven.
• Ability to read technical drawings is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with both internal teams and customers.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
