About the role:

• Manages the maintenance department's budget

• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance planning

• Manages resources to prioritize plant requirements

• Establishes actions for the optimal functioning of machinery and equipment

• Administers the department's budget for maintenance and spare parts

• Provides support in the implementation of new equipment and plant project

• Generates and follows up on equipment lubrication schedule

• Performs weekly and monthly work planning

• Manages contractor personnel for general plant cleaning

• Manages contractor personnel for basic plant maintenance

Knowledge:

• Maintenance Programs/TPM/Problem-solving and analysis tools
• Personnel Management
• English, capable of fluent conversation and written communication

Education: Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Bachelor's Degree/Related field of study - Essential

Experience:

• 5 years in a similar position
• Experience in production processes
