Main tasks and responsibilities:

· Development and maintenance of an integrated management system within the requirements of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 ensuring strategy meets overall corporate needs & departmental KPIs

· Develop annual ESH related budgets and objectives

· Management and control of the SPI Health and Safety , Environmental and utilities budgets

· Overall management of ESH, ensuring interpretation of relevant legislation into local policies and procedures

· Monitor compliance with requirements of environmental permits and discharges licenses across India locations

· Ensure ESH risks are identified, evaluated and controlled

· Develop ESH specifications for procurement of parts / materials

· Provision of input into global ESH plans and strategy

· Supporting the development and maintenance of management systems

· Lead and develop the Integrated Management system, striving for best-in-class Safety, Sustainability, products, and business practices to deliver to the customer's expectations, managing teams and projects across the business.

· Overall responsibility for promoting the understanding and objectives of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other relevant standards and liaising with relevant departments to establish standards and control procedures

· Audit treatment, storage, disposal and recycling facilities that handle, process and dispose all operational wastes.

Qualifications/Experience and Knowledge Required

· Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 10+ years' experience in a similar position

· Degrees in related discipline and/or relevant experience Safety and Health Manager role in a multi-faceted medium to large manufacturing organization

· Knowledge of Mexico ESH standards / legislations

· Cultural change & transformation in ESH

· Auditing skills and experience
