?? Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with corporate HSE standards and Mexican regulations.
• Implement and monitor safety, hygiene, and environmental programs.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action follow-ups.
• Develop and coordinate emergency plans, brigade teams, and drills.
• Manage safety KPIs, campaigns, and continuous improvement strategies.
• Provide training to operators, leaders, and managers on safety and environmental practices.
• Oversee HSE audits, budgets, and contractor compliance.
• Manage waste disposal, environmental compliance, and ISO 14001 requirements.

?? Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Intermediate English (spoken, written, and reading).
• At least 3 years of experience as HSE Coordinator or in a similar position.
• In-depth knowledge of Mexican safety and environmental regulations.
• Strong skills in incident investigation and training at all organizational levels.
• Advanced Excel and digital tools proficiency.
