The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for leading initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and drive sustainable improvements across the organization. This role champions a environment of continuous improvement by applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other Operational Excellence methodologies.

Description
Conduct diagnostics, develop proposals, and deploy Lean tools to drive impact.
Facilitate Kaizen events, 5S, Layered Process Audits, Standard Work and other Lean initiatives.
Build and deliver training programs to develop internal CI capabilities.
Define and track KPIs, presenting results and improvement projects to corporate stakeholders.
Promote a environment of accountability, structure, and innovation.
Collaborate cross-functionally in NPI and transfer projects
Profile
Industrial or Electromechanical Engineering (Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA a plus).
Minimum 7 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence
Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt required
Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
Strong analytic skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams within the manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of process engineering and operational optimization techniques.
Advanced English (written and spoken, able to present at corporate level).
Strong influencing and communication skills, with proven ability to engage teams and challenge the status quo.
Strategic and structured thinker, hands-on, with the maturity to build trust in a long-standing and consolidated team.
