Responsibilities:

• Responsible for customer complain, CAPA average, NCR, OTD Promise, OTD Request, CIP, Inventory Turns, Voluntary Turn Over.
• Coordinate Quality, Engineering, Production and Supply change activities across value streams.
• Responsible to commit new project introduction by defining resources and validation strategies for its implementation on site (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Define and implement the validation strategy for the new production between Customer, NPI and engineering site team.
• Implement cost saving initiative.S
• upporting production and projects to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
• Implement Lean, 5S & improvement initiatives across the plant.
• Ensure all employee are train on all procedure according to GMP, ISO 13485 & FDA.
• Manage daily production arrangements.
• Ensure smooth operations and prepare resources for manufacturing.
• Work closely with relevant departments to promptly address production issues.
• Monitor and supervise the production area.
• Reduce waste and manufacturing costs.
• Solve quality problems and reduce reject rates.
• Manage materials and finished goods.
• Molding experience.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering or business
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in English (75%)
