MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION

• Improve production processes related to surface mount technology (SMT), coating dispensing equipment, routing equipment, functional testing equipment for PCBs, and assembly equipment.

• Ensure PCB production results by monitoring and continuously improving the equipment in the LS area and its personnel.

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the proper functioning and availability of production equipment in the area.

• Authorize line shutdowns in response to major emergencies that affect production, ensuring rapid resolution.

• Participate in the development and implementation of new projects and technologies in the area.

• Prepare and maintain updated FMEAs, Process Sheets, Control Plans, and area-specific operating instructions.

• Supervise and ensure compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance plans.

• Provide technical support in the fulfillment of the production plan for the production area, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in production.

• Participate in TPM and quality area projects.

• Participate in the training and development of operators and technicians in the area to improve their understanding of the equipment and processes.

• Identify and manage significant environmental aspects in the production area.
