As HSE Specialist, your key responsibilities will be:
Enforce Group HSE Rules: Ensure strict adherence to the Group's HSE rules, emphasizing safety and sustainability.
HSE Communication: Actively participate in HSE communication efforts at your site.
Training and Development: Lead general training sessions on HSE themes, contributing to skill development.
Incident Analysis: Investigate incidents, determine corrective actions, and ensure implementation.
External Collaboration: Collaborate with external providers and auditors to align with industry standards.
Work Relationships:
Internal Collaborations: Engage with the HSE site department and site employees for a united safety front. Collaborate with internal medical and occupational health teams.
External Collaborations: Work seamlessly with external partners for safety and sustainability alignment.
Minimum?education level:
Bachelor's degree (Bac+2) with an HSE specialization or industrial experience validating HSE knowledge
Skills and competencies:
Proficiency in HSE tools and methodologies for risk assessment and prevention, data collection, problem-solving, etc.
Knowledge of national regulations and standards specific to the scope of their activity
Mastery of internal audit in HSE management systems is a plus
Proficiency in English is a plus
