Job requirements

• University degree.
• Knowledge of CAM technologies to facilitate manufacturing.
• Expert experience in CAD (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA).
• Advanced level of English.
• Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 standards.
• Ability to work in dynamic environments and adapt to rapid market changes.
• Knowledge of agile product development methodologies.
• Experience in product design and product lifecycle management

Job responsibilities

?

• Manage the product life cycle, overseeing all stages of development from research and design to marketing, ensuring compliance with quality and sustainability standards.
• Ensure compliance with product development regulations, including quality, environmental, and safety standards, as well as industry-specific requirements such as IATF 16949 for the automotive sector.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement in products and development processes, applying principles of continuous improvement aligned with ISO standards and industry best practices.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary product development teams, including engineers, designers, and other departments, to ensure that development is completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Identify and assess risks during product development phases, ensuring the implementation of corrective measures to minimize impacts on safety, quality, and the environment.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation and product improvement.
• Oversee product testing and validation to ensure compliance with established quality, functionality, and safety requirements.
• Manage technical documentation, development reports, and test records appropriately and in compliance with ISO certification requirements.
