Main Responsibilities

• Provide academic and socio-emotional support to students, individually or in small groups, according to their specific needs.
• Collaborate with homeroom teachers in planning and adapting instructional materials and teaching strategies.
• Promote an inclusive, positive, and safe environment in the classroom and common areas.
• Monitor student progress and support the implementation of routines, habits, and school norms.
• Maintain regular communication with teachers and families to share progress, challenges, and recommendations.
• Participate actively in school activities, institutional events, and professional development sessions.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Psychology, or related fields (recent graduates are welcome).
• Passion for working with children and young learners.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and teamwork abilities.
• English level: Intermediate–Advanced.
