This full-time Corporate English Teacher role is responsible for designing and delivering a high-quality English language training program tailored to the needs of our employees to teach in small groups of 3-5 students. The primary aim is to enhance employees' written and spoken English skills for effective communication in the corporate environment.
Qualifications:
Native speakers preferred
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in English language teaching, preferably in a corporate environment
Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English
Key Responsibilities:
Needs Analysis: Conduct needs assessments to identify the language requirements of the organization and its employees
Curriculum Design: Develop customized English language training programs to address the identified needs
Instruction: Deliver face-to-face or online English courses, including lessons in grammar, vocabulary, business correspondence, and oral communication
Assessment: Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and evaluations to assess employee progress
Feedback and Reporting: Provide constructive feedback to employees and prepare progress reports for the management team
Resource Development: Create or recommend learning materials, handouts, and exercises for training sessions
