JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Accounting , Finance , or related with.

At least 8 years of experience as financial controller, preferably on automotive or relative automotive companies

Advanced Accounting Knowledge, Financial Analysis and Reporting, Internal Control, Tax Compliance, Risk Management

Proficiency in English

SKILLS AND WORK EXPERIENCE

External Financial Reporting is a specialized area of accounting focused on the preparation of statutory financial statements and reports, including:

Analysis of the impact of new accounting standards, reporting requirements, and regulatory standards on existing and new transactions.

P&L and balance sheet analysis, including variance analysis consistent with management's notes and commentary to statutory financial statements and reports.

Preparation of statutory financial statements and reports for filing with regulatory agencies based on relevant accounting standards (e.g.,USGAAP,IFRS,etc.)

May also include internal or vendor reporting A Team Leader (M2) supervises professional-level employees (usually entry-level or experienced) and may also supervise some paraprofessional employees. Typically, responsibilities include:

Establishing goals and objectives for team members to achieve operational results.

The problems faced maybe difficult but are not usually complex.

Ensures that policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, clients, and external stakeholders.

Supervise 3rd party support covering various functions of the organization.
