At GTCX, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join our Finance team. You will be responsible for maintaining our accounting records, performing monthly book closings, and generating key reports for decision-making. Your main responsibilities will include:
Comprehensive management of accounting operations.
Recording and tracking vendor invoices.
Performing monthly accounting closings and month-end procedures for various areas (Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Petty Cash).
Calculating and tracking maquila invoices.
Recording payroll and federal taxes.
Generating financial reports and analysis for management.
Following up and recording bank transfers and vendor payments.
What we are looking for:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in general accounting and financial reporting.
Technical Skills:
Solid experience in cash management and treasury operations.
Experience in Accounts Payable and vendor negotiation.
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
General knowledge of Mexican Tax Laws and payroll procedures.
Intermediate English level.
Key Abilities:
Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Proactive, with the ability to work independently and with limited supervision.
Capacity to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details:
Salary: $11,000 - $13,000 MXN per month, plus bonuses.
Availability: Full-time.
Location: [Monterrey, N.L.].
