Accounting Analyst - GTCX
At GTCX, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join our Finance team. You will be responsible for maintaining our accounting records, performing monthly book closings, and generating key reports for decision-making. If you have experience in general accounting and a passion for financial analysis, we invite you to be part of our growth!
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Comprehensive management of accounting operations.
- Recording and tracking vendor invoices.
- Performing monthly accounting closings and month-end procedures for various areas (Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Petty Cash).
- Calculating and tracking maquila invoices.
- Recording payroll and federal taxes.
- Generating financial reports and analysis for management.
- Following up and recording bank transfers and vendor payments.
What we are looking for:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in general accounting and financial reporting.
- Technical Skills:
- Solid experience in cash management and treasury operations.
- Experience in Accounts Payable and vendor negotiation.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- General knowledge of Mexican Tax Laws and payroll procedures.
- Intermediate English level.
- Key Abilities:
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Proactive, with the ability to work independently and with limited supervision.
- Capacity to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details:
- Salary: $11,000 - $13,000 MXN per month, plus bonuses.
- Availability: Full-time.
- Location: [Monterrey, N.L.].
