We are looking for a structured professional with strong cross-functional collaboration skills to join our finance team. This position manages the preparation and analysis of financial statements and disclosures for public entities and joint ventures in Mexico, ensuring compliance with IFRS, CNBV/BMV, and coordinating accounting policies, technical research, and special projects. The role requires working closely with other business areas, engaging with leadership and maintaining active communication with external auditors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead quarterly and annual financial statements, footnotes, and CNBV/BMV filings.
Act as liaison between accounting, global finance, and other business units.
Research technical accounting issues and manage auditor interactions.
Identify, propose, and implement process improvements.
Skills & Profile?
Bachelor's degree in Accounting + CPA/CPC (or in progress).
5–7 years in public accounting (Big Four preferred).
In-depth IFRS and CNBV/BMV knowledge; US GAAP a plus.
Advanced Spanish and English communication skills.
Proven cross-functional collaboration.
Experience in diverse industries, countries, and both public/private companies.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and up to date on regulatory changes.
