JOB DESCRIPTION
Enter and update financial data in accounting software with speed and accuracy
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
Perform bank and account reconciliations
Maintain and organize financial documents, files, and records
Assist with preparation of financial reports and statements
Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Respond to vendor and internal inquiries regarding payments and billing
Assist with audits and other accounting projects as required
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
Proven experience as an accounting clerk or similar role
Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English and Spanish
Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Powerpoint).
Well known ERP system would be better.
Math skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and negotiation skills
Requires both speed and accuracy in performing data entry.
Preferred Qualifications (Advantages)
1–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
Familiarity with ERP systems
