Position: Finance Analyst – Intercompany Accountant

About the Role:

We are looking for a Finance Analyst with experience in intercompany processes to join our finance team. The role reports directly to the Finance Manager. The analyst will support reconciliations, accounting entries, and analysis of transactions between subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform reconciliations and accounting entries for intercompany transactions.
• Analyze differences and support the elimination of intercompany balances.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting and tax regulations, and reporting under IFRS or US GAAP.
• Communicate effectively with the Houston office, providing clear and timely financial information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, must be certified/titled.
• Advanced English with the ability to communicate fluently and clearly with international teams.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in intercompany processes and financial closings.
• Strong knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations, as well as IFRS or US GAAP reporting standards.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with Oracle, Blackline, and/or Virtual Trader is a plus.
