Description of Role:

MiklosCPA, Inc., a forward-thinking and client-focused public accounting firm, is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper with 3–5 years of experience in a CPA firm. This is a critical role for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality financial services. Please note: candidates without prior CPA firm experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping with accurate classification of transactions
• Maintain financial records in accordance with GAAP
• Set up and manage Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P)
• Oversee payroll processes as needed
• Prepare financial analyses and client-ready reports
• Communicate directly with clients to resolve issues and provide support
• Train and mentor junior team members as required

Minimum Job Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a public accounting firm
• Proficiency in English
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online/Desktop (QBO/QBD)
