Position Objective:
Work closely with senior members of the investment team to conceptualize, structure, and analyze new deals and financing with private and institutional counterparts.

A motivated professional with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in private equity or investment analysis, preferably including exposure to MNM Investments and hands-on involvement in company acquisitions, divestitures, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) processes. Experience in these areas is highly valued and will be considered a key asset.
Strong understanding of fundamental financial concepts such as net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), equity multiple, yield on cost, capitalization rate (cap rate), and their practical application in investment evaluation.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, finance, or a related field.
Solid financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to assist in building detailed investment cases and business plans.
Detail-oriented and analytical thinker, capable of synthesizing complex data to support investment decisions.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate within diverse, cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with senior team members of the investment team to conceptualize, structure, and analyze new investment opportunities and financing with private and institutional counterparties, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and the purchase and sale of companies and real estate assets.
Prepare and maintain detailed proformas and investment models for portfolio properties and corporate acquisitions.
Own and manipulate financial models to assess the financial feasibility of both real estate developments and strategic investments, including corporate transactions.
Support the investment and development teams throughout the lifecycle of potential projects, including market research, feasibility studies, construction cost and schedule estimates, and operational assumptions.
Prepare comprehensive investment memorandums and presentations for senior management and the Investment Committee.
Maintain and update the firm's pipeline of investment opportunities, including real estate, corporate acquisitions, and joint ventures.
Assist in the evaluation and execution of M&A transactions, including financial due diligence, company and asset valuation, strategic fit analysis, and integration planning.
Conduct thorough research and interpretation of data related to economic indicators and real estate market trends (mixed-use, residential, offices, malls, hospitality), identifying risks and opportunities across the firm's investment thesis.
Monitor industry activity and comparable transactions to support both investment strategy and deal structuring.
Review and interpret real estate and investment-related documents, including but not limited to LOIs, offering memorandums, market studies, and legal documents.
Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors during due diligence processes (e.g., title, zoning, engineering, financial, and legal reviews) for both real estate and corporate acquisitions.
Perform market and location research, including competitive analysis, demographic trends, and investment performance benchmarks.
Contribute to the periodic update of the Company's strategic investment plan, incorporating insights from both real estate and M&A markets.
Develop a deeper understanding of the firm's investment processes, governance structure, and reporting frameworks to support efficient decision-making and portfolio performance tracking.
