Description

As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all infrastructure-related activities within an electronics manufacturing plant, ensuring optimal conditions for operations and compliance with health and safety standards.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee all facility services, including preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, utilities, and structural elements.

• Manage relationships with external service providers (e.g., cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, remodeling) to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

• Lead the planning and execution of layout modifications, including office expansions, workspace rearrangements, and common areas.

• Coordinate the installation and maintenance of plant utility systems, including water, air, nitrogen, gas, and power for production and support equipment.

• Supervise construction or remodeling projects and ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and engineering standards.

• Support production line installations by providing necessary facility services and ensuring readiness of utilities and structures.

• Promote a safety, cleanliness, and continuous improvement mindset across the site's facilities.

Profile

The ideal candidate for the Facilities Manager role will combine engineering knowledge, strong supplier management skills, and the ability to lead critical infrastructure initiatives:

• Proven expertise managing facility operations in an industrial or manufacturing setting (electronics, automotive, or related).

• Deep understanding of utility systems (water, compressed air, nitrogen, energy, gas) and structural plant engineering.

• Expertise coordinating service contracts, preventive maintenance programs, and building remodeling.

• Familiarity with layout planning, AutoCAD-based documentation, and office/workspace reconfigurations.
