Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León.
Job Requirements
Education: University studies completed or in progress (no degree required).
Skills: Advanced English; CRM knowledge.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service.
Availability to in person work.
Key Responsibilities
Provide phone support to patients of a fertility clinic.
Handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and resolve concerns efficiently.
Record and update patient information in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the patient service team to ensure patient satisfaction.
Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure service quality.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive monthly salary: MX$25,000 to MX$30,000.
