Description:

At Guest Travel Services (GTS), we bring vacations to life. As part of Royal Caribbean Group, we specialize in helping guests who already have their cruise booked by arranging the flights they need to reach their departure port and return home. In addition, we also assist with hotels and ground transportation to ensure every detail of their journey is covered. Our team is ready to step in when unexpected issues arise—such as flight delays or cancellations—so our guests can enjoy a smooth, worry-free start and finish to their dream vacation.

Requirements:

· Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) B2 or above

· Computer skills

· Customer Service oriented

· Schedules from 5am - 11pm Monday to Sunday

· 2 days off

· Full availability required.

· Working on site.

· Sales experience
