What you'll be doing (including but not limited to):
? Creative Storytelling: You'll collaborate with designers, copywriters, and product marketers to develop animation concepts and storyboards that simplify complex product features and benefits.
? Data Visualization: You'll use data visualization techniques to transform complex user data and performance metrics into engaging, easy-to-understand animated visuals.
? Product UI Animation: You'll create animations using Google Ads product UI, guiding users through key actions and demonstrating how to achieve specific goals within the platform.
? Technical Execution: You'll be responsible for the full animation process, from initial design and storyboarding to final production and delivery of assets optimized for email.
? Brand Stewardship: You'll ensure all motion work adheres to Google's brand guidelines, maintaining a high standard of quality, style, and consistency.
? Be hands-on with execution skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
? Present creative work to clients and leadership at Factor.
Qualifications:
? Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
? 7+ years of design experience in a related field.
? Must have experience at either an interactive design agency or an in-house creative department.
? Have a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in motion design, data visualization, and UI animation. Experience with email marketing or digital advertising is a plus.
? Expert knowledge of Figma, Adobe After Effects and a strong understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop). ? A solid grasp of UI/UX principles and the ability to translate static designs into intuitive, user-friendly animated journeys
